EsoSoft Corporation, its principals, employees, and any and all associated entities, hereby state that the names and e-mail addresses of any and all customers, the names and e-mail addresses of any person or persons associated with EsoSoft customers (including but not limited to those persons subscribed to mailing lists hosted on EsoSoft servers) and all content of corresponding e-mail messages shall not be resold, redistributed or otherwise disseminated in any way what-so-ever, whether electronically, verbally or in print, except for the express purpose of administration and operational management of the agreed upon service.
